Queens, Presidents, and Vice Presidents

The British, though respectful of the legacy of their monarchy, have more of a sense of humor about it than US liberals, who seem to regard our President as a sort of king. We shouldn't criticize him, we shouldn't belittle the stupid things he does; he's above that sort of thing.

This post by the Telegraph made me laugh, because it's unlikely our liberal elites would ever find this less than blasphemous. It's the top ten screw-ups by Barry and Joseph Biden-Stalin since the election.

Here are the best ones during the election, including some of McCain's. One of my all-time favorites is Barry talking about visiting 57 of our states. I wonder how many he has left?

The other shows Biden-Stalin's complete lack of knowledge of the Depression and, undoubtedly, how we got into that mess.

When Barry talks to us, it's a crisis. To the UN or Chinese, it's "not as bad as we think."

Now I'm confused. I was told 25 times in a single speech by Barak that we have a "crisis" in our economy.

But he told the Chinese
"I think that not just the Chinese government, but every investor, can have absolute confidence in the soundness of investments in the United States."

And last week he told us the crisis he previously mentioned 25 times, was "not as bad as we think."

Sounds like a typical politician--talk out of both sides of your mouth. Scare the population into giving you more power while trying to convince others that the problem isn't all that bad.

Great "change," Barak. In the words of our genius Vice President, "give me a *&#king break."

Another Leftie Judge: Thomas Mills

Who says leftie judges can't tell you what to do?  This one, Thomas Mills, told the children's parents they MUST send their kids to inefficient, union-run, indoctrinating facilities; they can no longer home school their kids.

I'm certain this is what the founders had in mind--a bloated, overbearing judicial system to match the other 2 branches of government.

Hooray for Democrats and spineless Republicans!

Thomas Mills also said he was "concerned about the children's religious-based science curriculum" and that he wants "the children to be exposed to mainstream science, even if they eventually choose to believe creationism over evolution.

Because that's his job, right?  To babysit all the parents in his district? This is no different than ordering parents to brush their kids' teeth no fewer than twice per day, and ensuring they take a vitamin and get plenty of exercise.

Is this really happening in our country?  Remember this, Carolinians, next time Mills is up for appointment.  Vote for somebody who won't tell you how to raise your kids.

Too...many...blog...opportunities

Because there is such a cornucopia of bafflingly misguided (or evil--it depends on intent) programs-du-jour that B.O. has thus far shot through Congress, I find myself torn in deciding blog topics.

Do I pick the half-witted stammering that demonstrates his complete lack of underlying beliefs that Barak shows us when he can't see his teleprompters?

Do I pick the endless parade of tax cheats and ethically-retarded men and women who comprise his cabinet?

Do I pick his Marxist programs? His bent toward global governance? What's a blogger to do?

Rather than being able to "focus like a laser beam," as Medved likes to say, I simply can't select. And perhaps that's Barak's strategy: shotgun-blast so many things that are anathema to manly men (and independent women) that we cannot all choose one.

We then become divided, no ten bloggers can come together on the same topic on a given day, and by the tomorrow we'll have a dozen more outrages against the Constitution, and the same problem will exist again.

We can't possibly keep up with the outrages, and that's probably Rahm's plan. We need one blogger to set up a calendar, and put each outrage on a calendar. Then, we simply go to the calendar, check to see which topic we should focus on for that day, and then write about it.

If my math is correct, we should have enough topics (at 2 Constitutional outrages per day) to last until the election in 2012.

Oh no que no!

The title translates loosely as "Oh no you di-in't!"

The picture has made the rounds now, but it's still darn funny. Socialism always seems to harvest the loser class first.

Hear, Hear, Daley!

This is less a blog post, and more a thanks to the ever-accruing list of people with intelligent arguments against Obamanomics.

And when non-survivalist, non-tin-foil-hat-wearing political commentators are concerned about a 1-world government, everyone should take note.

Thanks, Janet!

Brad Pitt & Ayn Rand

Supposedly, Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie are big Ayn Rand fans. If that's the case, why was he palling around with the likes of anti-Randers Pelosi and our own genius from Washingston State, Patty Murray?
